18.5 Weeks and my belly is this big!

It has started to grow quite a bit over the last couple of weeks. I no longer feel like a fraud when we go shopping in Mamas and Papas or Mothercare!

The decorating begins!

Lee has been a very busy man this weekend starting work on the babies room... I of course had to steer clear of the fumes so went shopping :) The room has been cleared and the hideous blue walls have gone, we have decided on a neutral colour scheme as we are still undecided on finding out our babies sex before the birth (well I say that, I want to and Lee doesn't - I think he may win!)

Meeting the midwife!

Today we met our super lovely midwife Jan who came round this morning for a cup of tea and to check out our love nest! We spent the hour going through medical history and just before she went she got out her little box and we listened to the babys heart beat! It was so amazing and a reassuring to hear our little ones heart beating so fast (149 beats).... So everything remains OK - yippee!
